hours of receipt (Monday to Friday only).

on-line by 1pm (Monday
to Thursday), we will despatch
your order that day for
delivery the next working
day. Orders placed between
1pm on Thursdays and 1pm

Next Day Delivery Service
will be delivered on the
Monday following the date
of the order. Orders placed
between 1pm on Friday and
1pm on Monday will be despatched
on Monday for delivery
on the Tuesday following
the date of the order.

Overseas Customers
Western Europe, Europe inc.
Sweden, Norway, postage and packing is £4.50 per order**.
For the Rest of the World inc. Australia and the Far East
postage and packing is £6.00 per order**. Regrettably we
are unable to despatch any goods to Canada or the United
States. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this may
cause.
Royal Mail's delivery aims
for the overseas services we use are as follows:

If you are in the armed
forces and require
goods to be sent to
a BFPO address this
is charged at standard
UK rate regardless
of the destination – delivery
times may vary.
Returns
If you are not entirely
happy with your purchase you can return it
to us for a full refund or exchange (This
does not affect your Statutory Rights). We
do ask that you pay the postage on the goods
you return but if you ask for an exchange
we will pay for any goods we send back out
to you.
As long as the goods are
unworn and in a saleable condition there
is no time limit on returns.
The cheapest way to return
goods is to take them to your nearest Post
Office and post them back to us using Royal
Mail standard delivery. Always ask for a
proof of postage in case they go astray in
the post. Once we are in receipt of the goods
we aim to process all refunds and exchanges
within 48 hours.
If it
is not convenient to visit the Post Office,
we can arrange
for Parcel Force to collect the goods you
wish to return for a charge of £4.99 – please
call us on 01458 449 080 to
arrange this. We can offer collections to
suit you, including collecting from an alternative
address and specify day and approximate time
of collection within reason.
What if the goods
I have ordered are faulty or I have been
sent the wrong item?
If you think the goods
you have received are faulty or if you have
been sent the wrong item, please call our
Returns Team on 01458 449 080 (Monday
to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm) or email returns@funkylittlefeet.com.
In these circumstances we will send a Pre-paid
postage label for return of the goods and
arrange for replacement goods to be resent
where appropriate.
